Yes. The State of New Jersey only requires a home inspector to carry an 11 foot ladder. We carry 20-30 foot ladders and always climb and walk the roof when physically possible under safe conditions.

How long will the inspection take?   Back to top

A typical 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house will take approximately 3 hours depending on size, age, and condition of the house. ACADEMY HOME INSPECTION will continue the inspection until you are 100% SATISFIED.

No but we highly recommend it as the inspection is very educational.
